Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Requirements:

✅ MUST have a minimum of 3 years of recent Accounting Clerk experience – NO EXCEPTIONS
✅ Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
✅ Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end reporting
Maintain financial records and filing systems
Process invoices and payments
Assist with administrative and accounting support as needed
