We are seeking a skilled Asphalt / Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. This role is essential in creating high‑quality surfaces for roads, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and other infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with concrete or asphalt finishing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor environments. 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret project plans and specifications independently to perform concrete and asphalt work with precision.
• Form, pour, place, and finish concrete to grade, delivering a fine finish on all types of concrete work.
• Assist with asphalt placement, raking, luting, and compaction as needed.
• Operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment, including floats, trowels, screeds, templates, shovels, motorized tamps, push brooms, and straight edges up to fifteen feet long.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED 
• Demonstrated experience reading plans and independently forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Experience in asphalt paving or general construction is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and tools.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
