Job Duties:

The Assistant Women's Basketball coach will provide instruction, training and motivation to prepare student-athletes for practices, game or competitive events as well as demonstrate/instruct student athletes on sport performance principles, game strategies and safety rules. This position will assist the head coach in recruiting prospective student-athletes and monitoring student-athlete academic progress. The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach reports directly to the Head Women's Basketball Coach and indirectly to the Athletic Director.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of basketball coaching, playing or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College coaching experience
  • Experience with photoshop/graphic design, video edits, & social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
