I am currently working with a disruptive, mid-size Business Law firm based in New York, who are actively seeking Associate level candidates, as they look to continue their strong growth pattern.

Role – Bankruptcy Law Associate

• Work alongside seasoned Bankruptcy Partners on complex Chapter 11 and restructuring matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets across Manhattan and beyond.
• Take an active role in case strategy and document preparation , including motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
• Support high-stakes litigation and reorganization efforts , contributing to courtroom preparation and representing clients in bankruptcy court under the guidance of senior attorneys.

Requirements

• 2+ Years Experience
• Bankruptcy Law Experience
