Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialized aviation supply company in Fort Lauderdale for an Inside Sales & Inventory Trader. This is a high-impact role for a professional who excels in a technical, no-nonsense environment and enjoys the "cradle-to-grave" management of high-value accounts.

In this position, you are more than a salesperson—you are a market specialist. You will manage critical inventory for a global client base, ensuring that Tier 1 Airlines, Freight Carriers, and MROs have the consumable and expendable materials they need to stay flight-ready.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Account Ownership: Manage inbound RFQs and build relationships with Tier 1 customers.

• Inventory Trading: Facilitate sales from consignment programs and identify sourcing/repair opportunities to increase liquidity.

• Technical Compliance: Ensure all transactions meet strict FAA-regulated Certification and Traceability requirements.

• Operations: Manage the order process from inquiry to delivery, including daily quote follow-ups and Open Order Reports.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze purchasing patterns and update pricing based on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Distribution.

• Industry Background: Aviation experience preferred. We also welcome pros from Industrial Distribution, Automotive Parts, or Technical Sourcing who excel at managing complex part numbers.

• Skills: Proficient in MS Office; Quantum Control Software experience is a major plus.
