Your Responsibilities In this role, you will carry out both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will:
- Perform maintenance and inspections in accordance with Pilatus/OEM instructions, using approved parts and documentation.
- Certify and document all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Support ADF operations, including deployment and flight line activities such as servicing, refuelling, and marshalling.
- Foster a "Safety First" culture, participate in quality and safety management systems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, guiding A-Level technicians and ground handlers as required.
What will help you too Succeed To thrive in this position, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Understanding of civil and military aviation regulatory requirements (Part 145).
- Eligibility to obtain a DASA Part 66 License and NV1 security clearance.
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to flexible schedules, and meet the physical demands of the role.
