Job Description
Job Summary (Benefits Analyst Fort Lauderdale, FL):
- Support administration of employee benefits and retirement (401k) programs
- Perform audits and data validation of benefits, retirement, and HR-related information
- Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for corrective action
- Assist with 401(k) administration, reconciliation, and auditing activities
- Research and resolve benefits-related issues and discrepancies in employee records
- Participate in benefits projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Generate reports and analyze workforce data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to maintain accurate benefits records and operational support
- Support compliance reviews and documentation for benefits programs
- Work onsite in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Utilize Workday (or similar HRIS) for data management and validation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all benefits and retirement information
- Assist with PTO (Paid Time Off) administration and audit support
