Providence Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this as-needed role, you will provide hands-on, patient-centered care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients at The Lutheran Home and in the community. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support daily care needs, observe and report changes in condition, and support personalized end-of-life care while embodying our core values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship.
This is a PRN (as-needed) position. Hours will vary based on patient care and staffing needs. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
