Omnisage LLC, a pioneering force in the Artificial Intelligence & ML sector and the company behind Scovai — an AI-powered talent acquisition platform — is seeking a visionary Chief People and Culture Officer to join its executive leadership team. As CPCO, you will own the full spectrum of people operations: designing and executing HR transformation strategies, leading talent acquisition and retention initiatives tailored to the competitive AI and tech landscape, and building a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance. You will drive organizational design as the company scales, implement robust performance management systems, and lead leadership development and C-suite coaching programs. Your expertise in change management will be critical as Omnisage evolves rapidly, and your familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools will position you to leverage Scovai's own capabilities internally.
