Concrete Finisher

We are currently hiring Concrete Finishers to join our team, willing to work outdoors and get a little dirty? Must have experience and tools.

Concrete Finisher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Concrete Finishers are responsible for placing, smoothing, and finishing concrete on a variety of construction projects, ensuring high-quality and long-lasting results.

• Assist the crew with additional tasks and follow all safety guidelines
• Work safely around trenches, forms, heavy equipment, and active construction areas
• Working in team based environments, helping other team members as needed 
• Following all safety rules and guidelines
• Set forms, prepare surfaces, and ensure proper curing of concrete

Concrete Finisher Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing
• Knowledge of concrete placement, curing, and finishing techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, edgers)
• Ability to read basic measurements, grades, and simple plans
• Strong attention to detail for smooth, level finishes
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Understanding of job site safety practices
• Must have reliable transportation
• Own tools and concrete boots/shoes (preferred or required depending on job)

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
