Location: Downtown Chicago

Schedule:

• Friday – Tuesday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday Off

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member to join our janitorial and event support team. This position involves general cleaning, event setup and breakdown, seasonal outdoor work, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties.
• Set up and break down events, including moving chairs, tables, and other equipment.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. throughout the workday.
• Assist with snow removal during the winter months.
• Perform power washing duties as needed (training provided—no prior experience required).
• Respond to radio communications in English and follow instructions promptly.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including power washing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to communicate over a two-way radio in English.
