Under the direction of the EEO Supervisor, the analyst will independently perform the more complex duties of a Discrimination Complaint Investigator in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and Executive Orders. The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of analytical tasks including: interpreting, analyzing, and applying the law to EEO procedures and processes, maintaining and organizing data and providing status updates, presenting training and information to staff and management. The incumbent will provide customer service excellence, gain and maintain the confidence and cooperation of management, co-workers, departmental employees, other public agency personnel, and the general public.
