Job Description

Salary: $140,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience in consumer-facing retail, with exposure to areas such as store systems, omnichannel, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
• We need proven ownership of technology roadmaps, capability maps, and architecture governance, including design reviews, architecture decision records, and standards.
• We value the ability to translate business strategy into target-state architectures, transition plans, and sequenced investment cases.
• We require working knowledge of at least one enterprise architecture framework such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate.
• We want a strong technical foundation in cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with microservices, APIs, event-driven integration, and data architecture.
• We are looking for experience working in an agile enterprise architecture environment.

• We will have you own the domain technology roadmap, including current-state assessment, target-state architecture, capability mapping, and phased transition planning aligned to investment cycles.
• We will rely on you to lead architecture governance activities such as design reviews, architecture decision records, and standards compliance across your domain.
• We will have you partner with product, engineering, and business teams to assess technology choices, define integration patterns, and keep solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
• In the reverse logistics or supply chain role, we will also have you define and refine end-to-end architecture for the returns lifecycle, from return initiation through disposal or refurbishment.
• In the reverse logistics or supply chain role, we will also have you architect integrations across order management, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory, finance, and carrier ecosystems.
• In the reverse logistics or supply chain role, we will also have you work with Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Customer Care leaders to improve return cycle time, recovery value, and cost to serve.
• In the store systems and omnichannel role, we will also have you define and refine the target-state architecture for unified commerce across digital and physical channels.
• In the store systems and omnichannel role, we will also have you architect the POS and store operations platform landscape, including modernization approaches, cloud-native POS, and associate-facing applications.
• In the store systems and omnichannel role, we will also have you design omnichannel fulfillment architecture, including BOPIS, curbside pickup, ship-from-store, endless aisle, and store-to-store transfers.
