Job Description

Randstad is looking for an Admin Assitant level 1 in Spokane, WA. We are seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time assitant to support our financial services client. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.  Shift Days/Hours: 20 hours / week

M-F 10am-2pm

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 2 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Client facing
• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion 
• Professional office setting
• Seated desk work with occasional standing or walking
