Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced environment.

The Event Assistant will provide hands-on support during events while developing valuable skills in customer service, communication, marketing, and business operations.

No previous event experience is required. Training and support will be provided to help the right candidate succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Support registration and guest check-in
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Prepare and organize event materials, supplies, and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service throughout events
• Assist with promotional and marketing activities when needed
• Follow event instructions, schedules, and company procedures
• Help address basic customer questions and event needs
• Work with team members to ensure a positive experience for guests
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
