Experience in sales, customer service, administration, or leadership is helpful but not required. We care more about your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through Zoom meetings (Virtually)
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Present product/service solutions to meet gaps in their insurance needs
• Drive sales growth and exceed targets
• Receive ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience is a PLUS but not required well provide the training!
• If NOT license, should be willing to take LLQP course
• MUST BE A RESIDENT OF ILLINOIS.
