Andrade Law Office is now hiring for a part-time Legal Assistant position. This job is Monday-Friday position that starts at $16 hourly. If you believe you are a good fit for this position please send resumes to remy@theandradelaw.com

Qualifications:

• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with the attorney and other staff
• Past experience in administrative or paralegal work is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Corresponding with clients
• Preparing and maintaining calendar systems to not miss important deadlines and court appearances
• Legal document drafting
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls and provide new client intake system entry
• Perform other administrative tasks as requested

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
