Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required; Masters in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience with Epic system applications.
• Active Epic certification in one or more relevant modules.
• Experience in leading workgroups and collaborating with stakeholders across clinical and operational sectors.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as project phases necessitate.

• Configure and tailor Epic modules to align with specific client workflows, translating user requirements into precise system specifications.
• Evaluate existing clinical and operational workflows to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.
• Create and document system configurations, build specifications, and workflow decisions for assigned Epic applications.
• Lead and engage in collaborative sessions with clinicians, operations staff, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm designs.
• Conduct unit testing, integrated testing, and regression testing to ensure system functionality aligns with design intentions.
• Provide support to end-users during build, training, and go-live phases, including on-the-ground assistance and issue resolution.
• Work alongside Epic representatives and internal subject matter experts to coordinate on configuration decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system modifications, enhancements, and workflow decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the teams knowledge-sharing and professional development.
