Event Manager – Verjus (Quince & Co.)

Verjus, part of the Quince & Co. family, is seeking an experienced and thoughtful Event Manager to oversee and execute private dining experiences and events within our intimate, wine-driven space.

Verjus blends a refined yet relaxed approach to hospitality, rooted in seasonality, precision, and genuine care. The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all private events at Verjus. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests and works closely with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless, memorable experiences.

• Manage all aspects of event planning from initial inquiry through execution and follow-up
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to align on menus, logistics, and service details
• Oversee event timelines, BEOs, and detailed event documentation
• Be present on-site for events to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction
• Maintain and build strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business
• Partner with the broader Quince & Co. events team (Officina, Tusk Events) when applicable

• 2+ years of event management experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
• A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, food, and wine
