• Trade certification or license in a building related field of work.
•At least seven (7) years’ experience in the care of and maintenance of major facilities.
•Working knowledge of the materials, methods, tools and equipment used in building maintenance and repair work, and in the maintenance of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
•Journey level ability and experience in at least three of the building trade disciplines.
•Knowledge of the codes and regulations applicable to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergency call-outs as needed.
•Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English fluently.
•Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

The pay range for this role is $29.99-$43.48 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
