• Job Title: Family Medicine Physician*
• Location: *Wilmington, CA
• Setting:* Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Term: * Direct Hire (Part-Time)
• Schedule: *Saturdays (1st & 3rd of the month), 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Compensation:* $140-150/hour

Astrya Global, a San Diego-based medical staffing agency, is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center in Wilmington, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care services to underserved and uninsured populations in a collaborative outpatient setting.

• Qualifications of a Family Medicine Physician: *
• Current CA Physician license (MD or DO)
• CA DEA Certification
• School of Medicine
• Specialty Board Certificate
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (or currently completing residency)
• Strong commitment to serving underserved patient populations
• Duties/Responsibilities of a Family Medicine Physician: *
• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Manage a patient load of approximately 20-24 patients per day
• Perform routine check-ups, preventative care, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including specialists and behavioral health providers
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
