Job Description

Our client, a reputable and client-focused law firm, is seeking a skilled Immigration Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in immigration law and a genuine passion for guiding clients through complex immigration processes.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. immigration law and a track record of effective legal representation. While preference is for candidates based in or willing to relocate to for an in-office position, a hybrid or partially remote arrangement may be considered for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise and represent clients on a variety of immigration matters including family-based, employment-based immigration, asylum, and deportation defense
* Prepare and submit petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
* Appear before immigration courts and government agencies on behalf of clients
* Stay informed on changes in immigration laws and conduct legal research as needed

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in Indiana
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law
* In-depth understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Bilingual skills are a plus.
