⚖️ What You'll Do:

* Represent clients in removal defense proceedings

* Advocate in immigration court and collaborate on case strategies

* Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents

* Conduct legal research and case analysis

* Work closely with a supportive legal team committed to client success

Requirements:

* 2-10 years of experience in removal defense litigation

* At least 1 year of courtroom experience in removal defense (or studies)

* Bilingual in Spanish (required)

* JD from an accredited law school + active TX bar license

* Strong knowledge of immigration law and removal proceedings

* Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills

* Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure
