**Job Title: Leasing Agent**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet prospective tenants with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing detailed information on available properties and the benefits of becoming a resident.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of units and common areas to potential renters.
- Manage leasing inquiries via in-person, phone, and online channels, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
- Assist applicants with the leasing application process, including paperwork, background checks, and income verification.
- Negotiate lease terms and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of local rental markets and competitor properties to effectively position our offerings.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless transition for residents.
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain accurate records of leases, resident interactions, and inventory availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns and requests in a timely manner.
- Support marketing efforts, including creating informative and engaging property listings and participating in community events.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or real estate preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing/property management software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is advantageous.
