We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You’ll guide them through the leasing process, provide outstanding customer service, and help maintain high occupancy rates. In addition, you will play an active role in marketing our properties through online listings, social media platforms, and community outreach to attract new residents.

Responsibilities

• Address phone calls from prospects and vendors
• Respond to email Leads daily and let prospects know current and upcoming availability
• Process work orders from tenants
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Work with Property Manager to send mailings when needed.
• Work with Property Manager to track information (water usage, rental availability, rents, etc.)
• Sending leasing documents
• Helping maintenance team to approve unit before new occupant moves in
• Support the Property Manager with resident relations and administrative tasks as needed

Skills

• Previous leasing experience necessary
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic property management software.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
