Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting employer-group clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through effective sales administration practices. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market reach and improving service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or servicing life and health insurance accounts. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client accounts effectively. A valid insurance license is required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
