As an MBA Intern at Nova Sky Stories, you’ll gain far more than a traditional internship experience. You’ll work directly with executive leadership at one of the fastest-growing companies in an emerging industry, helping tackle real business challenges tied to Nova’s rapid global expansion.

From strategic growth initiatives to operational scaling and market expansion efforts, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the kinds of high-impact projects typically reserved for full-time operators inside high-growth startups. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and COO, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that help shape the future of the company.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited by the opportunity to help build something category-defining alongside a highly collaborative and ambitious team.

As an Intern, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Support high-priority strategic initiatives tied to Nova’s global growth and expansion
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and operational assessments
• Assist with cross-functional projects spanning operations, finance, partnerships, and business strategy
• Help prepare executive presentations, reporting materials, and strategic recommendations
• Support operational and organizational initiatives across a rapidly scaling global business
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and internal stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
• Contribute to special projects and emerging business needs as priorities evolve

You’ll need to have: 

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
• Interest in high-growth companies, operations, strategy, technology, or live entertainment industries
