Welder Trainee – Entry Level (Full Training Program)

McConnellsburg, PA

Start your career in welding with a full, paid training program —no experience required. This is a long-term opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow into a certified welder.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and perform welding techniques with hands-on training
• Assist with assembling and welding metal components
• Operate equipment like overhead cranes and welding tools
• Read measurements and ensure product quality
• Follow safety guidelines while working in a team environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Connellsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.
