Job Description

Salary: $69,550 - 125,725 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 1+ year of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, or a related area.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• We require experience working in a SIL environment.
• We require experience with SysML, ideally using Cameo or MagicDraw.
• We look for a strong drive to learn and adopt new technologies.
• We require the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats, including informal one-on-one and small-group settings.
• We require the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
• Preferred: active Top Secret clearance.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile methods, especially Scrum or Kanban.
• Preferred: experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Preferred: OCSMP certification for Systems Modeling Professionals.
• Preferred: experience with executable SysML simulation and scripting languages.
• Preferred: exposure to MBSE approaches such as MagicGrid.
• Preferred: understanding of military CONOPS.

• We use MBSE methods and tools to develop system architectures for new programs and to integrate our unique capabilities into test or fielded hardware.
• We support the technical team in aligning solution architecture with customer requirements.
• We work with existing tools and models while also creating new models to represent emerging systems.
• We capture, break down, and trace system-level requirements.
• We analyze, define, and refine architectures and interfaces.
• We develop system structure and behavior models.
• We collaborate with government stakeholders as well as software, test, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• We may prepare briefing materials for design reviews and technical exchanges.
