Job description
We are hiring an Optometrist (OD) for a well-established private practice in Nassau County, with a very strong reputation, loyal patient base, and consistent referral flow. Our client believes in providing comprehensive care while offering their patients the best in ophthalmic technology and eyewear.
This role has a flexible schedule and can be for someone interested in either a part-time (min. 3 days per week) or a full-time role at 5 days per week.
The pay rate is between $60–75 per hour depending on experience. There is also a transparent bonus program based on net production and optical conversion. The practice values the synergy between the exam room and the optical suite and rewards Optometrists for helping the practice grow.
In addition, the practice is offering a $10,000 signing bonus for the right candidate. With the existing compensation structure and performance incentives, there is real potential for high performers to earn $200K+ annually . ResponsibilitiesDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
