Job Title: Traveling Physician Assistant – Senior Community Rounds

Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000

Position Summary:

This travel-based role is perfect for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who thrives on autonomy, variety, and purpose. You’ll visit communities across the Twin Cities Metro and become a trusted partner in senior care.

Responsibilities:

• Travel between senior living sites to provide on-site care
  
• Conduct medical evaluations, adjust treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
  
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Ensure timely and accurate charting using EMR
  

Qualifications:

• Current PA-C license in Minnesota
  
• Strong clinical background in primary or geriatric care
  
• Confident working independently across multiple locations
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Army: 65D – Physician Assistant
  
• Navy: PA – Physician Assistant
  
• Air Force: 42G1 – Physician Assistant
  
• Marines: PA – Physician Assistant
  
• Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant
