We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastry Chef to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a strong foundation in pastry arts, with a passion for delivering high-quality desserts and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards
• Develop and execute menu items in line with the restaurant’s concept and quality expectations
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize waste
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist in training junior team members when required
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned
