We are seeking qualified candidates for our Power Protection and Automation Engineering Development Program (PA EDP) beginning January 4th, 2027. This role is based in Wendell, NC.
Program Overview:
The Power Protection and Automation Engineering Development Program places you on the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation team in a one-year development program focused on power protection and automation in electrical substations, with a structured pathway across two tracks: Protection and Automation.
Throughout the program, you’ll contribute to projects that support the modernization of critical power infrastructure, including utility substations, digital substations, data centers, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing campuses, renewable energy interconnections, battery energy storage systems, and solar-integrated microgrids.
