This role is currently for Per-Diem with potential to transition to part-time or full-time. Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality home healthcare services
• Develop and implement care plans based on patients' needs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentations

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or a related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
