Salary: $107,900 - 195,050 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, or a similar field.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS clearance.
• We require experience working in a SIL environment.
• We require experience with SysML, ideally using Cameo or MagicDraw.
• We value a strong motivation to learn and adopt new technologies.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to contribute effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• We require the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
• Preferred qualifications include an active TS clearance.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

• We use MBSE methods and tools to develop system architectures for new programs and integrate our capabilities into test or fielded hardware.
• We support the Solution Architect or Principal Investigator by aligning solution architecture with customer requirements.
• We work with existing models and create new ones to represent emerging systems.
• We capture, decompose, and trace system-level requirements.
• We analyze, define, and refine architectures and interfaces.
• We develop system structure and behavior models.
• We collaborate with government stakeholders as well as software, test, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• We mentor junior team members.
• We assist technical leadership by preparing briefing materials.
• We provide direct support across a diverse portfolio of programs.
• We help customers develop advanced technology that supports warfighters in the field.
