Job Description

:

The Epsilon General Ledger team is looking to bring in a Payroll Accounting Analyst, Sr to manage their sensitive payroll accounting needs. While working closely with the North American Payroll administrators and different HR organization, the role includes but is not limited to reconciliation of ADP reports to the financial ledger, accrue and amortize recurring month end journal entries and complete monthly closing tasks as required by global financial process.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accrue and reconcile monthly journal entries for various employee compensation types
  • Work with the payroll administrators to identify any discrepancies to the payroll reconciliations
  • Consolidate global financial data around payroll reporting
  • Analyze payroll expense against forecast and budgets by entities

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2-3 years in general ledger or payroll accounting roles
  • MS Office and intermediate to advanced experience with Excel functions (sumifs, vlookups, and pivot tables)
  • Ability to work independently but also works well with various teams to complete time sensitive projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
