Job Description

Salary: $107,900 - 195,050 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship or U.S. person status, along with at least three consecutive years of residence in the United States, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust level 4 clearance.
• We are seeking a candidate with a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus eight years of experience, or a masters degree with six or more years of general IT experience, ideally supporting systems engineering.
• We need at least seven years of experience centered on identity and access management.
• We require strong expertise in Privileged Identity Management and Azure AD Conditional Access policies.
• We expect extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft identity platforms, including Entra ID, AD FS, Microsoft 365, and MIM.
• We need proven experience supporting large-scale, multi-forest Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• We require advanced knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, and CBA.
• We need solid experience with Azure AD B2B and B2C for external identity scenarios.
• We require proficiency with PowerShell and the Graph API for identity automation.
• We expect experience with Azure AD Connect, including custom synchronization rules.
• We require familiarity with Zero Trust principles and identity-focused security best practices.
• Preferred qualifications include relevant Microsoft certifications, experience in government or highly regulated environments, knowledge of NIST and FISMA, and familiarity with verifiable credentials, decentralized identity, and biometric authentication integration.

• We maintain Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including multi-tenant and cross-tenant synchronization for complex organizations.
• We design and implement migration strategies for evolving identity and access management platforms, including moves from on-premises Active Directory to native Microsoft Entra ID authentication.
• We deliver advanced identity solutions using Entra ID to improve cost efficiency and the user experience.
• We provide technical leadership for identity work within large-scale Azure cloud migration programs.
• We develop custom identity management tools and automate identity lifecycle processes.
• We ensure our identity solutions meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
• We stay current with the latest Microsoft identity technologies and industry best practices.
