We provide essential shipping, packing, printing, and business services to our community. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Position Summary We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store. You will help customers find the right solutions for their shipping, printing, and packaging needs. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, learns quickly, and thrives in a dynamic retail setting. Key Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to every walk-in customer.
• Packs and ships fragile or high-value items securely.
• Operates the point-of-sale (POS) system and handles cash/card transactions accurately.
• Explains product and service options to customers to drive sales.
• Assists customers with printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services.
• Manages mailboxes, logs incoming packages, and sorts mail.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail showroom.
• Lifts and moves heavy packages daily.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (we will provide training).

Schedule

• Part-time hours.
• Availability needed for all shifts (open, mid, and closing shifts).
