Transportation Dispatcher – Keep zTrip Moving

We’re looking for a dependable Transportation Dispatcher to help coordinate daily driver activity and ensure smooth, on‑time service. In this role, you’ll support drivers, manage trip flow, and quickly resolve issues to keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Assign drivers based on real‑time demand, availability, and location
• Monitor fleet activity and respond to service disruptions or delays
• Communicate routing changes and trip updates to drivers
• Maintain accurate and organized dispatch records
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams
• Handle last‑minute changes calmly and professionally

What You Bring as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, or scheduling (preferred)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication abilities
• Ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch or routing software (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
