Job Title: Distribution Center Supervisor Salary: $55,000 / year Manchester, NH We are currently seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a Shipping and Receiving team. Responsibilities
- Workflow Optimization: Design and maintain an organized facility layout to maximize space utilization and ensure a clean, efficient work environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of up to 12 warehouse associates. Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive coaching to meet productivity goals.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits, mitigate facility hazards, and ensure all team activities align with standard operating procedures and safety regulations (including MSDS compliance).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Inventory Management: Partner with leadership to coordinate routine cycle counts and manage the execution of comprehensive annual inventory audits.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
