Job Description

Maximize your earning potential through high-volume production welding! We are seeking dedicated welders for short-term mandates that require rapid, repeatable, and accurate welding. Secure immediate contract income and consistent pay by leveraging your speed and focus in fast-paced manufacturing cells. If you excel at fitting and welding production runs, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities:

- Production welding: perform continuous, repeatable welding of components using jigs and fixtures to meet aggressive daily production quotas.
- Fitting and tacking: quickly fit and tack assemblies together prior to final welding, ensuring dimensional accuracy and proper alignment.
- Material preparation: use grinders, cutters, and other tools to clean and prepare surfaces for optimal weld penetration.
- Quality monitoring: monitor weld parameters (wire feed speed, voltage, gas flow) to maintain consistent quality and minimize rework.
- Efficiency: work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality, minimizing scrap material and maximizing arc-on time.
