Pacific Edge Sports Academy Inc. is a company whose mission is to support every child's developing life story through youth sports. Normal Business Hours:
MON - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
TUE - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
WED - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
THU - 10:30am to 2:00pm, 2:30pm to 8:00pm
FRI - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
SAT - 8:45am to 1:30pm (1:30pm to 9:00pm for events)
SUN - CLOSED

 

We are looking for candidates who resonate with and embody our core values, have availability during our normal business hours, and who are seeking to make a positive impact in the arena of youth sports. The ideal candidate will have regular, long-term availability of at minimum 3-4 days per week and can commit to a consistent schedule. ** Temporary/Short-Term/Seasonal positions are not available at this time. **

MUSCLES TO THE MAGIC (Coaching Staff & Event Staff):

These are the real-life influencers who are actively building relationships with the families we serve. They invest in their students by fostering a safe environment to learn and grow, giving each one an opportunity to build new skills and excel in their strengths. We have coaching positions in preschool (ages 2-6) and school age (age 6+) with specialties in recreational gymnastics and wrestling, cheer and tumbling, our parkour-inspired Urban Ninja program as well as in both competitive gymnastics (girls team & boys team) and wrestling. We also offer camps, events, and birthday parties! Our event staff specializes in being the life of the party - keeping the kids safe and engaged in structured activities and play. Whether in a class or at an event, you are who our PESA kids will be inspired by, remember, and learn from. Are you ready to be part of our Programs team and contribute to their positive PESA experience?

** Must be available to work every Saturday 8:45AM to 1:30PM, plus at least two additional weekdays (Monday through Friday) **

Salary Range: $16.90 to $25.00 per hour depending on industry experience

 

POSITIVE FIRST IMPRESSIONS PROFESSIONALS (Customer Service Staff):

These are the friendly faces our customers are greeted by when they first walk through our doors and the warm voices our families hear wishing them well after their children’s classes. Whether in-person interactions, over the phone or email conversations, our Communications team is our families first step to becoming fully immersed in the PESA experience. Are you ready to be a key player in creating long lasting positive experiences for our both new and current members alike by making sure they feel respected, valued, and heard?

Salary Range: $16.90 to $25.00 per hour depending on industry experience

** Must be available to work every Saturday 8:30AM to 2:30PM, plus at least two additional weekdays (Monday through Friday) **

 

BEHIND THE SCENES BRAINIACS (Administrative Staff & Facilities Staff):

These are the hidden gems of our operations who may not get the lime-light, but whose contributions do not go unnoticed. Whether its facility-focused on maintaining equipment or fixing a leaky faucet to aiding our coaching staff in revamping our circuit layouts; or future-focused by making correct investments in our people to ensuring that we are staying compliant labor laws and industry requirements, our Finance, Facility, and HR staff members make the business tick, ultimately helping to create a positive PESA experience for both members and staff. Are you ready to be part of our Business Ops team to help create a positive PESA experience for all?

Salary Range: $18.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on position and industry experience

 

Ready for more? There is room for growth into our specialists and management teams - the masterminds orchestrating all the elements it takes to create our PESA experience.

Management Salary Range: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on industry experience
