  • Drive initiatives that integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Address emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and the necessary decisiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospice and palliative care trends, practices, and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and lead a culture of compassion and dedication in a clinical setting.
  • Proven track record of effective team-building and human resources management, including hiring and recruiting in a healthcare context.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
  • Driven to grow and expand services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  • Decisive and resilient, with the ability to handle high-stress situations and make difficult decisions promptly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid services, and adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Strong financial acumen, capable of budget management and cost control without compromising service quality.
