• Provide compassionate personal care to a set caseload of hospice patients.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas.
• A compassionate approach and strong communication skills.
