Job Title: Junior Structural Drafter/Designer
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89054

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop structural plans, elevations, sections, details, and technical sketches for construction documentation.
• Work closely with structural engineers to translate design concepts into clear, coordinated construction drawings.
• Follow established drafting standards, document control procedures, and internal workflows.
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design and engineering team.

Professional Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural drafting or design.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in structural drafting and design.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and contribute positively to team goals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quality-focused.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
