$150k-180k base salary + bonus opportunity after 6 months
Job Summary:
A well-established, medically focused optometry practice in Northern Arizona is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its growing team. Job Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry services
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
• Co-manage cataract and other surgical patients with specialists
• Educate patients on treatment plans and eye health
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Work collaboratively with clinical and optical support staff
• See an average of approximately 25 patients per day
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Arizona Optometry license
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Interest in medical optometry and comprehensive eye care
• Ability to work well within a team-focused environment
