Novellus Clairemont, part of the Saga Senior Living family, is hiring a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations within a community designed to provide evolving, individualized care for every resident.

• Competitive Wages: $17.75–$19.00 per hour, with experience considered
• Consistent Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 12 pm 
• Collaborative Environment: A workplace that prioritizes both resident satisfaction and team support

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact, welcoming residents, families, and visitors with a high level of service
• Manage incoming calls, greet guests, handle resident requests, and assist with scheduling transportation and appointments
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations
• Maintain clear communication between residents and staff while fostering an organized, inviting atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in concierge services or a customer-facing role within senior living required
• Strong English communication skills required
