Sr. Commissioning Agent (Remote) (1715813)  $150k – $200k per year  

Overland Park, KS  

Full Time; Direct Hire  

**Role Overview** 

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with leading technology organizations on high-impact commissioning projects. The Sr. Commissioning Agent plays a critical role in ensuring complex facilities—such as data centers and large-scale infrastructure projects—are fully operational, reliable, and performing as designed from day one.  

**Key Responsibilities** 

• Oversee and manage daily commissioning activities with a high level of accuracy and accountability  

• Perform and document pre-functional and functional testing to verify system performance and design compliance  

• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to achieve successful outcomes  

• Promote quality, safety, and reliability throughout the commissioning process  

• Support long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality results

**What You Bring** 

• 8+ years of commissioning experience, preferably in complex facility environments  

• Strong understanding of pre-functional and functional commissioning processes  

• Proven ability to lead projects and independently manage multiple responsibilities  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently  

• Experience supporting marketing and business development efforts to expand client relationships  

• Background in construction or related project environments  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
