NETS International is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This is a FULL_TIME remote position based in Plano, Texas, United States . The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, enabling our team to focus on key business objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
* Handle and prioritise email correspondence, responding to enquiries on behalf of the team or executives.
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other important documents with a high degree of accuracy.
* Conduct thorough online research to gather information for various projects.
* Arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
* Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and expense reporting.
* Act as a professional point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
* Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage confidential information with discretion.
* A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
