Job Description
This is a welding role! Must have experience with tig and stick welding. Will support the team in a variety of fabrication areas, but cannot be taught welding. Will use blueprints and other machinery to assist in metal fabrication.

Work Environment
The facility offers a clean, well-kept, and primarily temperature-controlled work environment. The workspace is organized into dedicated sections based on the type of work being performed, with all machines located in one area and all welding activities in another, helping to maintain efficiency and safety. Large bay doors are opened when the weather is pleasant, providing fresh air, while the environment remains temperature controlled during other conditions. You will work around machining equipment, welding stations, and manual processes such as bending and grinding, in a setting that emphasizes organization, cleanliness, and comfort.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
